Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo design for a new project located in Denver Colorado. The project is called "Knoxy's Indoor Bike Park". The bike park is provides indoor trails for all types of bikes, e.g., Mountain bikes, BMX bikes, road bikes. For instance, an oval course, in cyclocross style, around the perimeter of the building that has simulated hills; a trails area with half pipes for BMX bikes; an interconnected cross country trails for mountain bikes.

I envision a logo that:
(1) Implies all bikes and skate boards but stresses mountain bikes as the primary focus.
(2) Expresses the character of the mountain biking community (kind of like the surfing community)
(3) Knoxy's in print (designer's choice of font, etc.) appears somewhere on the logo
(4) In a unpretentious location and small font "A Division of Knoxious Enterprises"

The final design should be simple but communicate the adventure, and fun of riding a bike at Knoxy's.
