Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo design for a cool, new 35-townhome development called The Pass at Woodhaven. There will be 6 buildings total, 5 of which have 6 units and 1 has 5 units. The end units of each building are 2-story, and the middle units are 3-story. For the logo, I would like to use the concept of a mountain pass with a curve for the land below the mountains (almost like the attached file). I would like to use gold and silver on a black background or black mountain peaks with gold in front and silver in there somewhere. I would like the logo with and without text, "The Pass" or "The Pass at Woodhaven".
