Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo designed to be used on my my eBay website store. It potentially will also be used on a stand alone site in the future. Other ares of the logo use will be Emails, web banners, thumbnails in listings, watermarks over images. At this stage I do not envisage it ever being used for print purposes - only online.
The eBay store will be primarily for selling products in Australia (90% of sales) vs (10% from overseas) so it will be seen by Australians but still needs to appeal to a global demographic. We will be selling all sorts of products so it needs to be a generic looking logo that does not lean towards just one category. I would like something that if I expanded the site to one day be "MarketPlace-UK" or "MarketPlace-US" it could easily be updated to that.
DONT INCLUDE: Australian icons, animals, Map of Australia, Australian Flag or anything that is specific to Australia. Shopping carts, people, illustrated characters.
LOGO MUST STAND FOR - Quality products, speedy (of delivery), trust, the ebay store name with an icon next to it (or incorporated into the name - either or)
COLOURS: open to your suggestion. But please ensure the logo works in RGB as well as 1 colour reversed our in white (for watermark images)
