Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo design for an ethical migration agency that gets working, student and other types of visas for foreigners so they can work, study and live in Australia.

Below is the Australian coat of arms which may inspire the design however it absolutely does not have to include it.

I have included 3 of my other companies logos (Incling, abuzz, selz) , I tend to prefer the logo actually being in the name but still dont mind the idea of an image accompanying the text.
