Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo for my new start up company based in Dubai, the U.A.E. It is a consulting/commodity trading company, and I am looking for a very clean design. I have previously worked for such a company, and you will notice that there is no excessive use of color or art work. For reference check out www.trafigura.com, www.glencore.com, or www.ldcommodities.com. I am also open to having the company name appear in small caps or all capital caps, whichever way may work. As for color, I am open to different designs, but would prefer more a more conservative pallet as opposed to bright pink with yellow stripes. All in all it should give the impression that the company is serious, and appears to be as professional as can be with the means available. Thank you!
