Brief de Design de Logo

I am looking for a logo for my small mediation service. My service brings together and facilitates conversations between parties who require assistance to help sort out disputes (e.g. family disputes, elderly disputes etc). With regards to family disputes, this is the step before the need to go to court. My target audience is adults of all ages and gender. I am looking for a simple logo that is professional but I do not want the logo to look to business like or that it belongs to a legal firm (which I am not) ... My selling point is that I am approachable and supportive and that I am human, someone you can speak to and feel confident talking to. I would like the words "Wendy Edwards Mediation" at the bottom of the logo but would like a simple symbol (?) with this.

Colouring - I would like Turquoise/sea green colours within.
