Brief de Design de Logo

I am looking for a logo that will attract mostly women, ages 18-35. This logo will be for a website supplying tips and planning ideas for brides planning their wedding. My goal is to project the image of high-end, knowledgeable experts that have a passion for weddings and the lifestyles of the people planning them. I'm thinking bright colors, inviting, natural, and first class. I am open to different ideas. I would like to be able to have a logo that can be altered if we expand. The name of the site is Binghamton Engaged. I would like the ability - either through the winning designer or on my own with photo shop - to change the city in the logo/name. Binghamton is the name of our local market. So, for example, I would like to possibly change logo to Syracuse Engaged, Rochester Engaged, etc. The logo will be used on the website and all marketing materials.
