Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo for our artisan cheese company. We make handcrafted high-end cheese. We are looking for a classy logo that would communicate quality and uniqueness of our upscale cheeses. The logo must be catchy. Cornucopia represents abundance. It reminds of harvest and the terroir. I see Cornucopia as Mother Nature, as something comforting. I want my customers to have high expectations when they see the logo and make the purchase. The logo I drew (see below) is the general feeling I want people to have when they see the logo. I don't imagine the logo to be actually as detailed. A more simple logo that would give the same idea might be better. Although I am open to a very nice detailed logo as well. It needs to stand out, be elegant, and reflect quality. It is an handcrafted product, from the farm to the most beautiful cheese platter.
