Brief de Web Design

We're looking to launch a OwnCloud offer on a foreign market soon.

The company is called BBN Solutions (Solutions is not necessary). We have no logo or color code or anything else.

Our website will have a content very similar to:
http://kangaroot.net/
The idea is to use the content of this website for your designs, with the following differences:
- home page will have the OwnCloud offer instead of Zimbra:
http://kangaroot.net/secure-online-storage-owncloud
- there will not be an event page
- ours will be French/English (flags/links)

About the design itself, we have no idea at all - that's why we're here.

The design should be PSD file, no coding required!

UPDATE: I don't want photos in the design, partticulary no people, hands, laptops, mobiles, visit cards. The homepage should be the one about OwnCloud. That's the one that matters. Please don't use Lorem Ipsum text, copy and paste the text from the link I've given, that will give a better idea. No map either (or small on the contact page but for now let's just focus on the home)
