Il''be happy to partecipate in this contest but i think you need to increase your budget. At last 1000$ for a project like this one.

There are only two structures that need modeling. There are three structures on property, but both Highgartens are the same - copy and paste.

No internal detail, no interior detail at all is visible through any glazing - it is all frosted. The rest can be stock assets, arranged to taste.

Very sorry. This is for a volunteer project so our budget is extremely limited right now. When we pick up more sponsors and possibly convince our potential build clients things will certainly change. Looking forward to seeing you in future competitions!

Thank you for the invitation, but I totally have to agree with Marco Raimo with regards to the budget...
It is indeed ridiculously low for the amount of work you are requesting, maybe you have no idea about what it takes to make photorealistic images or 3d in general, and if that's the case, please take this comments as a help and guidance for future projects. Sorry, but I'm pretty sure you will not get any submissions with the budget you have.

I clarified that part of my design brief. I had not written it clearly before...

- Photo-Realistic rendering is the EVENTUAL application of this model, so as much detail, etc. as is possible should be worked into this model. We do understand that the model produced by this contest will not be photo-realistic as that requires a great deal of work ... so do the best you can!

Deadline is too long, should have shorten it

I think you are correct Ricky. I should have spent more on the designer payment and less on the long deadline (which I am assuming cost me). Lesson learned for next time. Though next time I might just approach people who I know from this time with direct offers.

I have not dived into the details yet about the amount of work and detailing it need. Focus is on being creative. Unfortunately some designers are being inclined towards higher prize money.
