Icons or illustrations? how much detail? like your sports icon with regards to simplicty?

Illustrations would be good, yes like the sports one for simplicity. Keep them fairly constant in style

You mentioned having a sport logo already, so will this be used as the sport department icon or does the sport department need done as well?

Are you wanting the icons to be in the style of the blue boxer image that was uploaded?
