Brief de Web Design

Have a project that needs a little visual "zip". Attached are some screenshots of the current design. Will need source files of design work, Photoshop preferred, but Illustrator or other source will be acceptable. Please confirm before starting the work.

Work has been done to get the UI elements in place, but need a little visual improvement to make it really "pop" ...while retaining its usability.

Primarily need some visual design done for the left column 5 elements revealing values for tech in and tech out between 0 and 20. Auth OT values are 0min, 30min, 60min, 90min, 120min, and "over 2 hours". Avail Reserve Capacity will be 0% through 10%. And Supply Delta can range from -10,000 to +10,000

Some design for the charts on the right would be great. Just trying to establish a visual language to apply to these values.
