Brief de Design de Flyer

I need a flyer made for my business I am starting.
I will be doing gutter cleaning, power washing (Concrete driveways, sidewalks, porches, ect.) and exterior window washing.

I would like the flyer to be on one page. I want the back to be black.

I would like the services I offer to be in bullet points in this order:

Gutter cleaning
Power Washing (Concrete surfaces)
Exterior window washing

I would like the flyer to not be super 'busy' and distracting. A good simple design thats not too boring but again, not too busy.

I would like the colors to be a mix of:

Black
Turquoise

Somewhere on the flyer I would like it to say something like "Call or text Taylor Albaugh to schedule...." you can make something up but it needs to say something like that on there.

I don't want generic pictures of power washing or window cleaning or gutter cleaning, please.
