Brief de Design de Logo

We currently have a logo (attached), but now need a re-design. We are happy with the colours (colour chart attached) - blue, green and brown. We are in the housing industry - smaller residential dwellings, multi-residential dwellings and units and community housing. We are a service based company, offering project management, housing solutions right through to development and construction to maximise returns, space and affordability. "Abode2" is our company name. "Project Management" is the main description of our business. Please make Abode2 more prominent (larger) in logo and Project Management less prominent (smaller). We like our current logo but want to remove the cube in the middle and make the white arrow/house outline look more like a house. Funk it up!
