Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo designed for my company called Fearless Female Network. The company curates, produces, promotes, sells tickets, and runs fun events for women that joins 3-4 female owned small businesses together. Examples of this include: a work out class, a smoothie or healthy meal, and a spa treatment; or a flower arrangement class, guided wine tasting, and makeup application. This creates a community feel for both the women supporting the small businesses, and more importantly provides a community and network for the small business owners. 20% of ticket prices for each event also go to support local charities that provide help for women who have been victims of physical and sexual violence. The goal of our company is promoting and providing exposure to female owner small businesses while giving women in our community fun experiences; all the while giving back. I'd like to see the color plumb be used in the logo. The design should communicate community and excitement.
