Brief de Web Design

I would like to have a full wordpress site built. The site would besides, home page contact us etc. would contain 5 sections. each section would contain at least 10 top stories on the subject. For example the diet section would contain 10 links to stories about diet. In addition each section should have an archive and a link for people who want more advanced info. I would like to partner with amazon to sell products that would be geared to the subject matter for each section. For example the diet section would sell green tea. I'd also would like to get revenue from google ads. The site should be like www.thedailyom.com or TinyBuddha.com It would contain the following sections. Diet. Exercise. Relationship. Spiritually and Careers. Each section should have a space for a high quality photo like you see in TheDailyOm. Within the section there should be a space for 10

stories or links to stories each of those should also have a nature photo of high quality. I would also like to do podcast from the site. At the end of each story just like in TheDailyOm there should be a section at the end where I offer a product for sale. Each section should also contain an archive section and an advanced section that can only be accessed by subscribers
I will also require a space for each section to create podcast.
Ultimately I want this to be a full E Commerce site, but starting out I need the five sections with great photos and an area for podcast
