The Certified Reserve Fund Planning (CRP) designation is the only designated professional that has specific education in the preparation of reserve fund studies.
Reserve Fund Studies are mandatory for Condominiums across Canada and we want to promote our designation as a step above others performing studies and should be sought out by clients if they would like to have the best studies.
The advertising will require space for the Real Estate Institute of Canada (REIC) logo and the contact information for planners who have the accreditation.
Some points to consider: The designation has been in place since 1999. Specific training in the preparation of long term reserve fund studies with a specific focus on financial fundamentals, technical proficiency, investing reserves appropriately and legislation.

Please note that the ads i have uploaded are simply ads that I feel capture the essence of what I am trying to achieve. I believe the ads I have uploaded are indicating a feeling of trust in the designation THEY are promoting. I want our designation ad to feel the same. You are out looking for someone to perform a reserve fund study. You can find the same old schmuck or you can find someone who has invested time and money seeking a better education and the designation CRP shows dedication, ethical standards and educational level that should give clients the feeling they are getting the best of the best.

For property managers and a Board of Directors, a properly prepared and timely reserve fund study will keep the Board of Directors and/or owners off their back. I always use the concept of "hiring us makes your job easier" and words or phrases like value-add partner, service provider, collaboration, reasonable, achievable.
