Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a new company based in Orlando, Florida. The company was started by 2 men who've been friends for over 20 years. Their goal is to provide high quality services to underserved markets. They have a reputation of always working with integrity. We don't have any clear idea of the design, but in general, we'd like a design that is strong and clean. We're leaning towards white, black, and gray as color options but we're open to seeing more. We really like the thought of a shield as part of the logo, but we're not married to that idea. Feel free to draw inspiration from the name of the company.
