Brief de Design de Brochure

I would like a color, double sided, gate folded brochure based off of 8.5"x11" paper.I have attached a word file with information that I would like contained within the brochure. The logo that I was told to use for this brochure is attached, but it is of low quality. Please do with it what you can, and we would prefer the color blue instead of purple, if at all possible. The logo would go on the front of the brochure, along with the text"Carroll County Caring Hands" & "Because We Care...", just without the quotes.The only other item that we would like in a certain spot, is a card that could be cut out of the back side of the brochure and mailed in with a donation. On it, we would like lines for someone to write their Name, Address, City, State, Zip Code, Phone, E-mail Address. AT the bottom of the card, we would like it to say "Please mail card and donation payable to Carroll County Caring Hands, PO Box 322, Carrollton, OH 44615".Our facebook page is called Carroll County Caring Hands (https://www.facebook.com/Carroll-County-Caring-Hands-807658042722332/), and you can find various photos there to use on the brochure. There are pictures from a bingo contest, outdoor cookout, and bake sale, and would like a picture (or more) used from each within the brochure.
