Brief de Design de Flyer

Hi everyone,

I need a leaflet (couldn't find 'leaflet' as an option when begining this project - so one sided only) to send out to coastal properties in South side Melbourne. The Flyer is aimed at high net individuals, mummies, business people etc who own these properties who don't have time to clean the windows themselves (often multiple levels) and want their home looking fabulous in time for Christmas and NY's celebrations.

I would really love a new and original design for a window washing leaflet. something outside of the norm that 'pops' and makes people feel happy when they look at it.

I guess a point of differentiation is that I'm a female working in a mans industry so appeal to mothers looking for someone who is 'reliable, trustworthy and understanding of peoples needs'.

I have made an outline of what I would like included in the leaflet, so if you could please take a look, feel free to change things around, wording and layout etc. If you can make it sound more professional please do so.

I would like the colours to be 'happy' colours, maybe with a silly season theme?

Overall aesthetically pleasing is a must, I find most window cleaning leaflets fairly mundane and boring, please feel free to think outside the box. The more original the better.

Generally owned by high net worth individuals who just don't have tme to clean the windows themselves due to their profession or hectic lifestyles but can afford to pay someone else to do it.
