Brief de Design de Logo

We need a new logo for our condominium association. The logo will be used on letterhead occasionally, and on the website. But it is also used on signage, so needs to be something simple and easily readable at distance. We inherited the current logo... it was done nearly 20 years ago and we don't have any decent image files of it. We do want to stay with blue or blue and a dark grey, but would prefer to update the blue to something a little less "Miami Vice". Our buildings are very distinctly mid-century modern (think Frank Lloyd Wright, "Mad Men", or "Prairie Style") and we all feel that the current logo is much more Art Deco than mid-century. We would like something that evoques the idea of mid-century modern.

• general mid-century modern look and feel (although I don't know how to describe that that means)

• I uploaded many images that I feel convey the "mid-century modern" look and feel that we are looking for... I'm not necessarily expecting any of them to be incorporated into the design, just providing them as reference material.
