Brief de Design de Flyer

Looking to have a Recently Leased flyer designed. This will be delivered to apartments and houses closely situated to a property we have recently leased. The idea is to get the attention of owner/landlords in the area that may be considering leasing their property in the future and inform them of the great work we are doing locally. I would like the design to be a two sided flyer using the photoshop (PSD) template below (we would like to be able to edit this once complete should we need to update copy etc in the future). I would like the front page to look like our "for lease sign with the leased sticker on it and copy, I dont want it to look like a typical junk mail flyer.
