Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo design for an orthodontic practice that I am doing marketing for. There are four different offices and the names for each one was based on the city it was in but they all had the same clipart logo of kid smiling like in the example below. We are rebranding to call the practice "Vayda Orthodontics" and want one logo for all locations. I included a basic logo I created and you can follow that style or not, looking for a range of ideas. I do like the blue color that I used however but could be open to a different color scheme as well.
