Brief de Design de Logo

This new Australian Business is in finance and logo needs to be for primary business "LenderHand Finance" (please note capital L and capital H in name).
Business also has two other domains secured but not yet in use. "LenderHand Car Loans" and "LenderHand Home Loans" although the one logo or script style would be across all three. To achieve this my thoughts would be to concentrate on "LenderHand" being the common denominator.
Play on words: " to lend a hand or lending a hand" being about offering support, service, inviting and welcoming with a positive vibe...etc. We focus HUGELY on Customer Service so the business name "LenderHand" subtly communicates this but no need to add this customer service focus to logo.That can be communicated separately in text, mission statement etc.
We are a Finance company who arranges and coordinates lending for home loans and car loans and other personal and business needs.
We would like to see the colours of aqua and orange with mid to dark grey. The aqua being light and cool while the orange (not tan or brown) being vibrant and warm and the (steel?) grey being bold and sharp. White would be the background colour in paper use, web and email based use to let colours shine.
