Brief de Web Design

I need a totally re-designed website for my RV Park / Lodge. I want to not only provide information on my RV Park / Lodge, I want to provide my customers with information on the town and area attractions. I want to provide rate information. Ideally, I would like to have a button/page for each section: Welcome & Information, Area Attractions, Welcome to Leeds, Rates, Who's Jan?!, FAQ's and Where are we?. I don't know if this would be more expensive the more pages you have? If more pages is too expensive, then we can combine info on less pages. I want my logo included on the web page. I want Design Crowd to take down my old website and use the same address to put up my newly designed website.
