Brief de Design de Logo

I am starting up a business that consults with companies that are switching human capital management software. Currently, my primary customers are working with Ceridian's Dayforce platform but my consulting will expand to ADP, Ultimate Software, Workday and Kronos. My expertise is in the name. I am only hiring people that are perceived as the best or were recommended by friends. The name of my company is HCM Tech Consultants, Inc. but am really looking for a logo that catches the eye and draws you to the practicality of what the name represents.
