hi What type of a logo you need, is it a word mark or a pictorial combined?

Hi designers,

There have been some great designs so far but the winning design may be yet still to come.
I'm looking for something that spells professional but fun and has personality and charm.
Some designs look more like they are for an architecture or law firm, they are conservative and lack the charm I'm seeking.

Our place is full of warm hospitality as well as professionalism... That balance needs to be clearly displayed through the winning design.
