Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo design that can be used for business cards, etching on mugs and glasses, coasters etc...
The business Braddon Brew is located in the suburb Braddon, city Canberra, Australia.
Braddon Brew is a café, coffee roaster and micro brewery making specialised coffee, customised coffee roaster and specialised craft beers. Also serving Artesian food.
It is a small shop about 27 sqm with an outside dinning area. The focus is around quality products. We want to be the best coffee café, roaster and brewery in Canberra where people want to come because of our products.

Colour scheme should include black, white, gold or copper representing coffee, milk, beer colours. We want to put stainless steel and copper pipping features throughout the shop. The shop will feature brewing and roasting equipment that is a combination of stainless steel and copper.

A mock sketch we have done that is a good starting point is attached. I don’t want it to look like a cartoon at all, needs to represent quality. I really like the two BB intertwined.
I may also look at a shop design through this service too.

The area is Braddon has a lot of younger people aged between 20-30 that are single and have money. There are a lot of people that walk around in the evening that are potential customers dropping in. The shop needs to appeal to everyone. The emphasis should be on quality but with a younger appeal.
