Brief de Design de Logo

New corporate logo design for a website that will be dealing with government processes and marketing to professionals. Strong bold colours and the webpage its going to be sitting on will have a blue header/footer. I want the icon/emblem of the design to be used for image while loading pages. It's a corporate and professional market but also a dynamic one. The website header where the logo is will be blue so the logo should be another colour.
