Brief de Design de Logo

A logo design is required for a coffee roasting company. The company is called escarpment.coffee

We are looking for something warm and pleasant.

The Font can be a good Sans-Serif font and ideally all the letters would be in lower case. For colours, please ensure they are also print-friendly so the logo can be replicated on lables, etc.

Any attribution to coffee beans is welcome but not 100% necessary (as the name contains .coffee)

To see websites of some of our competition, just type in "Coffee roaster Canada" in google.

We are a high-end coffee roaster that sources the best quality coffee beans from around the world and freshly roast them daily. We are currently selling coffee as part of our website (and offline store) - iDrinkCoffee.com - escarpment.coffee would separate our coffee roasting business from our coffee equipment retail business.

The perfect logo would be welcoming yet indicate somehow our focus on great quality.

A bit of background on the name:
We are located in Milton, Ontario, Canada - which houses part of the Niagara Escarpment. An escarpment is a steep slope or long cliff that forms as an effect of faulting or erosion and separates two relatively level areas of differing elevations (from wikipedia). To note: an escarpment is not a mountain - we do not want any Images of mountains in the logo. The high area of an escarpment is usually relatively level unlike mountains that rise up to a point

Update: Thanks for the submissions! We had a concept idea that can be considered for future submissions:

1- a rock climber drinking espresso - This could be an emblem type logo showing a silhouette of a rock climber also drinking coffee (but please be sure to not use mountains, see above).
