Brief de Design de T-shirt

We're looking to design a cool t-shirt to give to candidates we're trying to attract to Command Alkon - this could include candidates who we are trying to get to interview with us or candidates who do interview with us. We want a cool t-shirt - one in which a candidate would actually wear! Something simple / minimal / and maybe a "west coast" feel...

We are going through a re-brand and I'll attach some information from Marketing that they gave me.
