Brief de Design de Logo

I am after a logo to be used for my company called 'My Mortgage Finder' which will be used on shirts, letter heads and cards.

Id like something with vibrant blue colours included in the design. I want the logo to have a magnifying glass as the i in finder and some sort of picture behind the start of the words, maybe a little house or roof top. It must be easy to read and bold
