Brief de Design de Brochure

We need a brochure that provides background about our company, identifies our products and services and provides our contact information. If possible, We would like the designer to use an Office suite product such as Word or Publisher to create the brochure if possible. We would like photos, color, something that inspires customers to use our services. We have attached a copy of a draft brochure and we believe the text in the brochure is good, but the brochure is cold, bland and lacks color, style and a fresh quality. We would like all text in the brochure to be included as well as the attached logo and company name somewhere on the front and back of the brochure. Please feel free to resize the logo and use creative license to develop the brochure as you please. However, the brochure colors should compliment the dark blue, light blue and black colors in the logo. Most of all, the brochure needs to be engaging, inviting, fresh and ultra professional. Thanks!
