We need a *** L U X U R Y *** H I G H - E N D *** E L E G A N T *** logo for our residential real estate brokerage. We are trying to reach passionate, top producing Realtors to join our brokerage. This logo needs to stand apart from the rest.

It *** NEEDS TO BE BOLD *** EYE CATCHING ***. It will be on FOR SALE yard signs in front of $200K Homes to $3 Million Dollar Homes, a wide range. It needs to appeal to buyers and sellers. It will be used on websites, social media, direct mail pieces, business cards, brochure covers, email signatures, letter head, and so on. We want a crisp, high end look.

*** P L E A S E R E A D **** ------->>>> It does NOT necessarily need to have a Star or a House in the logo, WE ARE RECEIVING TOO MANY HOUSES. It could be a Celebrity Autograph, Crest or Coat of Arms or a Door Knocker or a Column or an Iron Front Door with Scrolls or Hollywood Up lights or something Abstract or Initials. We are open to many ideas. A CELEBRITY STYLE AUTOGRAPH MIGHT BE NICE WITH A SLEEK, MODERN, LUXURY LOGO.

We are leaning towards eye catching, attention grabbing colors: RED tones to stand out (RED pops from a distance on a For Sale yard sign), NO ORANGEY TOMATO RED TONES PLEASE, Classy colors, BLACK, WHITE, GREY, but we might be flexible with other options too. It needs to pop and sparkle! We love SPARKLE! No cheesy cartoons please.

Must appeal to Wealthy buyers and sellers. Must pop and be Eye Catching on a For Sale Yard Sign. One example must be a white background with red,black,and/or grey. SPR is the abbreviation for one of the example logos. A Celebrity style autograph with a strong logo too might be ideal.

• Think Beverly Hills in California. It must be BOLD and EYE CATCHING enough for a For Sale yard sign and yet Luxurious, Modern, Clean, and Elegant enough for a website, business cards, presentation folders, and so on.
• SPR is the abbreviation.
• A design that looks like a celebrity signature might be nice with a modern logo. We are staying away from the typical, boring house or a roof over the name. It needs be more powerful. Thank you.
