Brief de Design de Logo

Hi!

We require a modern, elegant logo to act as the center of our branding universe on web, print and swag. We are a Real Estate Group of high performing Realtor's and online marketing experts that specialize in the marketing and sale of distinctive real estate in an area known for it's natural beauty, four season appeal and sophistication. The name of our group is The Georgian Bay Group

We are looking for a logo that features our company name and a distinctive icon that eventually could be used on its own to represent the brand as well as our corporate profile images for social media accounts.

Icon can be stand alone, within a circle, square or other shape.

While we are a luxury brand we don't want anything overly precious, gran or ornate. Prefer elegant and minimalist that can stand up in black and white and smaller scale.

While we are a real estate company we do not want anything literal integrated into the icon - no houses, buildings etc

Ideally nothing overly masculine or feminine

Orientation of the logo should be two fold.

Version 1) Icon on top, Georgian Bay Group below. Group can be on a separate line from Georgian Bay

Version 2) Icon to the left, Georgian Bay Group to the right. Group can be on a separate line from Georgian Bay

We are not looking for something over the top colourful. Given our desire for something fairly minimalist it should look great as black and white or other two colour combination.

1) Clever use of the letter G, GB or even GBG
2) Single White Pine Tree - prevalent in our area
3) Water/waves -our entire market areas are located along beautiful Georgian Bay, Ontario Canada
4) Four seasons
5) Locally significant icons that could be combined somehow (snowflake, hills, sun, water)
