Brief de Design de Logo

I require a logo based on our company name "SILEAD" It stand for silver and lead. So I saw the "SI"" being silver texture the "L" being a transition between silver and lead and the "EAD" being lead texture.

The logo must include the name " SILEAD" and I would like a picture/symbol incorporated in the logo. I am not sure exactly whatthat is but I have listed some keywords below related to our new business.
