Brief de Design de T-shirt

We need a design for t-shirts for a gymnastics club in Perth, Australia. This design will be printed on both t-shirts and singlets. The t-shirt will be white and red & black are the club colours.
The name of the club is Active Gymnastics. and we are after something trendy along the lines of the "A Team", "Always on the A Game" etc.
Children aged 6 - 18 years will be wearing this. Predominately girls but there will be a few boys.
