Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo design for my Chiropractic clinic in Newcastle NSW. It is a long established clinic seeing entire families and although Chiropractic is it's primary business I also have massage and counselling services available as well.
I have never had a logo to identify my business but I am soon to move location and want to strengthen the clinic's identity.
I want the logo to look professional and strong without looking to severe. Our current business cards are from Vista and are grey and sage colour which I quite like. I tend to be drawn to more earthy colours. I like the font to be welcoming and sophisticated in style.
The final design should communicate health, wellness and happiness as well as looking highly professional.
