I've uploaded some sample images that are more in line with our demographic:
Tutors are: Older adults, 50-65 years old, 75% women, many of them retired teachers.
Students are: 35-55 years old, ethnically diverse (Caucasian, Hispanic, Haitian, African American).
Tutoring is done one-on-one in a library.

2) could you add to your brief a pdf of the old brochure? Pub file could be opened only with MS suite and not everyone is using it.

I have just seen your message, please pardon the delay. I will try to PDF and upload the old brochure tomorrow, Wednesday evening EST.

It is a standard brochure size 11 width by 8.5 height, folded into three parts; so there are six sections total on both sides of the page.
