Brief de Design de Flyer

we are an mma school in Easton, PA and we need a flyer to hand out and drop at local businesses. Just want to have all the info and stuff, address, phone number, website and some pics. We have two logos finishers mma and 10th planet bethlehem. You can use any combo of the pictures I sent and I think the main thing is the website, that is where all the info is. I like more of a clean and to the point look, colors can be black, white and blue.
