My website is www.nzpensions.co.nz and the logo I want redesigning is

We are a New Zealand Financial Services Company specializing in the transfer of private UK Pensions to New Zealand, for ex-UK migrants who now live permanently in NZ - and hence need their saving in NZ rather than stuck back in the United Kingdom.
We would like to see designs that use the current colour scheme on the website - UK colours are red, blue and white, and New Zealand colours can be black (NZ can also be a silver fern)
The design should communicate movement from the UK to New Zealand
