Brief de Design de Carte Postale

I have a current postcard design (attached) that lacks design quality and too much use of color. I do like the basic color scheme, but I'm open to anything that cleans up the look and incorporates space for the existing text. I'm not opposed to a design with a white background, more white space. The design should be full bleed according to the attached specs. I would like this to be sent over in an Adobe format, something like InDesign.

The company logo will remain the same colors and appearance. The headshot will likely be updated in the coming weeks.

I am attaching a sample of a recent card plus a template from the printer showing the back of the card and location of the address and postage section that must remain blank. I am also including the logo and another logo designed for use with a white (or non blue) background.

(feel free to swap in stock photos of whatever house you want, but the front of the card should incorporate at least one photo of a house.)
