Brief de Design de T-shirt

We need a design to be used for fundraiser t-shirts for Taggart, a 1 year old little boy with Hypoplastic Left Heart syndrome(HLHS), A congenital heart defect, which leaves him with less than a 50% chance of survival to his 5th birthday. At only 1 year old he has had 4 heart surgeries and flat lined 1 time for 40 minutes, so it is clear that he is a fighter. Though he has thousands of Facebook followers, his family has never had any sort of major fundraiser or received any sort of help to off put their medical costs and cost of care which include round-the-clock oxygen feeding tubes and trips to the Pediatric Cardiologist which is hours away.
