Need logo for a startup called SpareMetres.

SpareMetres brings together businesses seeking space & those with space to spare. SpareMetres will provide the platform for businesses to list space, search for space, and communicate with each other. Spaces of variety in nature. (could be storage, industrial, office, kitchen, temporary etc.).

Themes / Feeling: Commercial, Real Estate, Shared Spaces, Community, Connecting. Listings. Location. Trust, Fun, Energetic. Vibrant. Flat. Minimalistic colour

Themes / Feeling to avoid: Corporate. Boring. Blue.
(I don't want the brand to look or feel like standard real estate companies.)
