Brief de Design de Logo

We are a Performing Arts School established since 2000.
We need a logo freshen up to carry us forward into 2018

We have somehow survived 18 years !!!
We have a client base of parents with children aged between 4 years right up to young actors age 21.
We have always maintained our colour palette of purple and lime green !!!
This was quite fresh originally but I am open to something new which must appeal to both girls and boys - gender neutral !!!
We use our logo on uniform t shirts and hoodies so it must work for these on fronts and backs of clothing.
We have a very warm and nurturing approach to training and believe that everyone learns best and achieves more when they feel happy and good about themselves .
We are big on happiness at Stagewise !
We include mindfulness within all our workshops and this equips all our students to develop lasting confidence both on stage and off !
We offer classes in acting, singing , dance and private tuition for exams and audition preparation .
We have a great success rate for our graduate students gaining places at some of the most prestigious drama / dance / music schools and universities .
Many of our students are now working professionally.
We will be working closely with London agents Raw Management this year to enable our students to have professional job opportunities .

We have a very popular Facebook page which is our primary way to inform parents of events and news.
I have been creating Facebook ads which seem to have proved successful
as our business has increased 127 % in the past 15 weeks !
The Facebook ads use quirky free images and some from Shutterstock .
Essentially I am a creative but with limited business brain !
So I am really optimistic that a fresh look can launch a new phase in Stagewise .
We lost our primary in house designer last term and creatively we were the dream team so I feel rather lost !
All our artwork for flyers , web banners etc was created in house with a similar style .
We are based in Dorset and have workshops in Poole , Wimborne and Christchurch.
There are lots of similar businesses and the market is very competitive .
We need to stand out and our ethos is to make Performing Arts inclusive and affordable - not just something for well off children !

Bien d'avoir

• Be great to see some fresh new colour suggestions !!!
• Colours must work on black rehearsal t shirt / hoody.
• Possible introduction of white / grey option for merchandise

Ne doit pas comporter

• No yellow / gold as these colours are used by local competitor Swish of the Curtain theatre school .
• No red please - too harsh !!!
