Hello - Thank you for all of the wonderful designs! We have posted more content to be used in the design. We think there may be a little confusion regarding the search functionality of the website. Families should be able to search for a nanny or other families and a nanny will be able to post their qualification as well (see examples ideas). In most cases family will probably search for another family first and then a nanny but they should be able to complete both. Nannies/caregivers will be able to post their qualification free of charge.
