Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo design for my Home Modification consultation company, Vivification, LLC.
"Vivification" to me means "to lively something up" or "to make liveable", which is the feeling I want to communicate with my logo. I serve individuals of all ages who need modifications to remain in their homes despite disability. I want to be seen as holistic, forward-thinking, and creative. I like the colors green, orange, and possibly blue. I like to incorporate aspects of nature.
I want something with the appearance of being open and accessible.
I like minimalist and modern logo designs. I want a house incorporated in the design. I am also open to unexpected designs.

• Would like some aspect of nature that inspires life and living without seeming like a garden store or green home builder.
• Must Look good in black-and-white
• Would like an infinity sign.

Bien d'avoir

• I love line art logos, but also love fun and colorful. Open to all.
• More feminine than masculine, but not too much
• Possibly "Vivification" in all caps; "VIVIFICATION"
• Use of negative space
• Circular borders
• Prefer greens and blues, but open to all options. Also open to black and white.
• Would like, but not a must have because I am open to a variety of options:
• An infinity sign somewhere
• Lotus flower
