Brief de Web Design

Need a web site designed for a Professional Mortgage company along the lines of the draft site www.ahdmortgage.com.au

The main purpose of the site is to provide a professional image of the company and capture email address's and send out simple messages. ie "INTEREST RATE SPECIAL 4.5% FOR THE MONTH OF JUNE" or whatever...basically short punchy messages to hook people.

The content is important but a lot of that can be provided by links to our lender panel, several of which have been set up.

Most people will want to know current interest rates, and how much they can borrow along with what it will cost. There are various calculators embedded in the lenders sites such as "Repayment Calculators" Borrow Capacity Calculators" Stamp Duty Calculators"

These would be nice to have on site, but if to costly or difficult to start the links can suffice.

The site will need to be updated/amended regularily.

Example "Interest Rate Special" or "Current Special Offer" sections would be required and would need to be easyily editable and in fact would need to be able to switch them off if there is no special running.
