what should be the size of logo

par Desktop Artistry le lundi 2 décembre 2013

Final logos should be submitted as a vector file (e.g.: as an adobe illustrator (.ai) file) in which case size will not matter because vectors can be scaled to any size without losing image quality. Samples on the other hand should be submitted as jpeg or png images (1200x1000 pixels with a dpi of 300) as per Design Crowd's submission guidelines. Hope that helps!

The logo need to be able to be embroidered on shirts, placed on business cards and put on the doors of company cars.

Thanks, hope this helps!

Can i have feedback on my logo proposition?

Thanks

par Striddernaut le mercredi 11 décembre 2013

I'd like to just reinforce that I'm more than willing to make any changes or additions to my design that you might require, if it would help the decision process! Good luck with your choice.

Hi,

Did you already come to a conclusion? Looking forward to your decision.

Kind regards,
Harald (@Restless)

Hi,

Can you please provide some feedback on this competition? If you can't decide, that's also OK. But then we as designers know how you are thinking.

Thanks in advance,
Harald

Hi,

It has been more than a month since your last update. As I'm sure you're aware, as designers we don't do what we do just for the sake of it. DesignCrowd provides a service giving designers a goal to work towards; definitive outcomes set out by clients that designers fulfill in competition with one another, with the prospect of a monetary reward should their design be chosen. Many people make their living from this kind of competition-orientated designwork, and it seems hardly fair to postpone the project's final decision for so long without any communication.

I understand your company must be very busy but there are certain terms and promises you have agreed to keep by registering a project on DC (note the "payment guaranteed" and "payment prepaid" labels at the top of the project page). I respectfully ask that at least some kind of feedback should be given for our submissions, if choosing a winning design isn't on your agenda. The process is very simple and manageable.

Thanks.

This is how the game is played Striddernaut. There is no limit on decision time. Be patient and just move on to the next one.

I've since discovered this. I was under the impression people chose very quickly... Other projects have always made a selection very quickly (within the first two weeks of closing the competition), this is the first one I've seen that has taken as long as it has, so naturally I grew a little impatient. Apologies for any offense caused, I did not mean it.
