Hi. I've seen a few submissions on a white background or business card format. The most important thing for this logo is that it will look good in the header of the website and that part of the image can be used as an icon or favicon. There is limited space. It's easy for a design to look good on paper, but i recommend if you submit a design, please try to do a "Print Screen" and place it on the header of the website and then look at it. If you like it, then there's a good chance i will... but some of the submissions, simply won't fit or work in the header in the format presented. Thanks!

What will it look like on Black background?
What will it look like on White background - for business cards & video?
What will the image *small image part of logo...look like if you create look like as a favicon (super tiny image)?
What will it look like on the home page of the website (limited space)?

If it does not look good to you, it will not look good to me, so it's an easy test for you before presenting it.
